To make a Return request, contact Oz Home Living at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authority Number. All product returns must have a Return Authority Number otherwise they will not be accepted. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
All goods returned under our 30 Day Return Policy must be in original, brand new, unused and resellable condition with all original packaging and tags. There must be no writing on the manufacturer's box.
All products purchased from Oz Home Living are covered for all parts and labour against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. All warranty issues are to be directed to Oz Home Living.
Oz Home Living will, at its discretion, repair, exchange, or offer you a full refund if the product you have purchased is:
Our total liability in respect of this Warranty against defects is limited to either the repair or replacement of the goods at the discretion of Oz Home Living and/or their Authorised Repair Agents.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All product warranties apply to the original purchaser of the goods from the date of original purchase for a period of 1 year.
The Warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear due to usage.
Damage as a result of misuse and/or abuse, neglect or accident.
Damage or defects caused to the product due to unusual or non-recommended use of the product
Products that have not been maintained according to the owner’s manual.
Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Exposure to excessive heat and/or humidity.
Any damage caused by dirt, abrasions, moisture, rust, corrosion, leaking batteries or other similar conditions.
Any damage or loss resulting from the use of incorrect mains voltage as detailed on the product or in the owner’s manual or care instructions.
Any and all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us pursuant to this warranty.
Damage or loss to the product caused whilst the product is shipped or delivered to or from Oz Home Living or one of its Service Agents.
Damage due to factors beyond our control.
